12 oz bottle. No carbonation at all, flat. Wondering if I got a bad six pack. Drank two of them, both had no carbonation or head at all. Spicy wheat aroma, light fruity esters. Apple and clove are in the taste but with out any carbonation at all, it really degraded the brew. Could be much improved with Co2. I gave the other four bottles to my friend. The Ramstein Classic is WAY better then this brew. I wouldn’t buy again.

Let this one warm a bit. Deep brown with lacing head. Aroma is massive sweet malt caramel and light clove. Flavor is also sweet caramel with a good wheat character and hints of molasses well as a banana aftertaste in the finish, balances the initial sweet impression. A touch of apple as well. Mildly spicy and clovey, just a hint of clove with a dry and refreshing finish that is medium in duration. A nice Dunkleweizen

Bottle from Half Time. Pours hazy gold with a large foamy off-white head. Aroma is clove. Med body; foamy carb. Flavor is primarily clove. It’s certainly not a dull beer. Seems to have grassish hop bitter. Finishes dryish.

Bottle. Pours a dark, brown-ruby with a faint, brown head. Aroma of cocoa, dark and ripe fruits, and hefty malts. Flavor is fairly sweet with caramel and toffee, chocolate, grape and cherry. There are also some mild, winter spices and booze. Light to medium in body with smooth carbonation. Finishes sweet, lightly bitter and a little thin. Not bad.
