(Draft at Maximilians, Berlin, 12 May 2026) Pale amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty nose with notes of bread, herbs and grass. Malty, hoppy taste with bread, caramel, herbs, dried fruit, apricots and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well balanced. Quite nice.

o.5 bottle. Pours clear golden yellow, medium quickly dissipating snow white head. No lacing. Aroma of malt and grain, bit dull with a hint of cardboard. Medium carbonation, body medium. Also dull later, taste is light sweet, malty, cardboard. Expected more.

A good and tasty beer, maybe a hidden paulaner, even though a classical and good wheat beer, full, wheat, fruity, side of banana, a bit spicy, some hop, in the forest with Alex with a good food outside oof this crazy world, 18.11.22, walking to Froideville, nice day.

0,5l, swingtop bottle.
Pours clear gold, maybe a bit towards copper. Head is medium, white, and quickly diminishing.
Nose is malty, a bit of fruity sweetness, flavor is slightly sweet. Medium body with low carbonation. Sweet and tart finish.
Had this beer last week and it was mouldy - so I had to buy a second bottle to actually taste it :D

0,5l, bottle.
Pours clear gold with barely any white head, and even that disappears nearly instantly. Wouldn't say it's a bad beer, but it has only a faint malty aroma, barely any flavor or finish. It can be refreshing on a warm summer night, but I just couldn't really enjoy it now :/
