On tap @Pivovar a Restaurace Vojanuv Dvur (Prague). Bruna intensa, brillante, schiuma ecrù abbondante e persistente. Al naso note di malto tostati, caramella d'orzo, caffè, cioccolato fondente. In bocca è molto morbida ed equilibrata, abboccata con chiusura amara a bilanciare, pulita. Corpo medio-leggero, leggermente oleosa al palato, carbonazione leggera. Ottima!
