Draught at the brewpub. Almost clear, pale amber colored. AROMA- butterscotch, caramel, red plums, honey, a bit spicy. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, butterscotch, caramel, red plums, spicy. Medium bodied.

PETka from the brewery. Golden -brown with an off-white head, caramel aroma. Medium-bodied, malty with caramel and biscuits, shy but aromatic hops with Saaz flavours. Smoth and velvety, really delicious!

Draft at Butcher’s Tears. Near clear orange brown with an off white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, light overripe dark fruit notes and toffee. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

tap at the brewpub. Cloudy strawy yellow, tall and creamy white head leaving lacework. Fruity hop aroma. Medium-bodied, good malty base, punchy fruity hops, with mango, papaya, passionfruit and a shy citrusy touch. Smooth and velvety on the palate. Good!

PETka from the brewpub. Deep brown, almost black, with a beige head, creamy and leaving lacework. Caramel and prunes, grainy chocolatey malt flavours and some shy hops in the finish. Smooth palate. Delicious!

PETka from the brewery. Golden yellow, tall white head. Superb Saaz nose with some butter. Medium-bodied, malty with a shy grain ytouch, lots of good Saaz hops and a lingering hoppy finish. Classic dvanáctka.

Draught at the brewpub. Very dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, coffee, wood, whiskey, cherry, prunes. FLAVOR- smooth, slightly sweet, slightly bitter, sour cherries, coffee, peated whiskey. Fuller bodied.

Točené(v pivovaru na Malé Straně):Almost black, presumably with a ruby sheen, surely with medium-sized and persistent off-white creamy head;; nearly stout-like aroma of dried berries, toasted malt, caramel and brown bread; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, silky MF; lingering bitter-sweet fruity-toasty finish with a very slightly increasing bitterness in the aftertaste. Very good, well balanced “Schwarzer Rabe”...

Točené(v pivovaru):Golden, a bit unclear, big creamy and stable pff-white head; moderate bitter-sweet nose of buttery malt and spicy Saazy hops; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft and light bodied, all in all creamy MF; lingering bitter-sweet finish with some pale malty spots even in the aftertaste. Well tounded, well drinkable Bohemian Pilsener….
