Draught at the brewery - Amber with a slight haze. Dried apricot, sultanas and caramel can be detected in both the aroma and the taste.

Draught at the brewery - Hazy amber in colour. Biscuity malt, caramel and sultanas in the aroma. Nicely balanced taste with caramel, raisins, sultanas and dried apricot.

Draught at Gorchla. Unclear orangy color, full sized white head. Smell and taste malt, a bit sweetish, soft malty grainy sweet-bitter. Medium body, medium carbonation. Pleasant. 7-4-7-4-14.

Swing top bottle, bought at the brewery. Orange blonde color, hazy, with the tiniest chunks of yeast in my glass. Melon and sour milk in the aroma. Medium bodied. Hoppy, milky, malty flavor. Melon. Slight earthy character. Hopbitter aftertaste with melon. Tasty! .

From tap @ the brewery. The yoghurt notes from the bottled version have disappeared. Burned notes, probably because of the open fire on the kettle. Malty, limited but present floral hops.

Táp in mug @ höhnkeller, Somewhere in Memmelsdorf, valahol fenn. A hegyen. A sörről annyit h a világ legjobb söre, de A hely is megér egy istentisztelet. Igazi békebeli ligeti sörkert, kiskorombeli Eto metseket idéz, bár az már nem rémlik h pontosan mit. De az érzés a lényeg.

Vom Fass im Gasthof Höhn - Optisch leicht trüb, Schaum bricht schnell weg. In der Nase malzig, im Trunk bitter, kernig, hinten maischig, etwas wässrig, alkoholisch im Abgang.

(tap at the brewpub) Almost clear, pale golden colour with a blond and firm, mid-sized foamy head. Pale malty, slightly doughy aroma with notes of herbal and slightly grassy hops, accompanied by a tinge of honey and subtle fruity accents. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Slightly biscuity and doughy pale malt character with shades of herbal hops in the background, getting stronger towards the sweet-bitter and quite balanced malty and hoppy finish. Good. 09.XI.12
