Clear golden colour with no head. Aroma hints at dryness with a light tannin note. Flavour is sweet though. They make a point of 'no added sugar' but clearly the apples are just sweet to start with.

330mL bottle at Garage Beer Co, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out sweet apple juice, some champagne-like effervescence, and crisp apple skins. Flavour has that odd characteristic of being simultaneously sweet and dry — there's sweet apple juice, dry champagne yeast, and light funk. A little too sweet to stand out as a top Spanish sidra, but it's well-made and has nice complexity. Solid.

Bottle. Clear golden body under a small white head. Aroma of mature apple and apple core. Taste is rather clean with sweet mature apple and balancing acidity. Medium body, feels very well balanced for a cider. Pretty straight forward easy going cider, nothing extraordinary and no off flavors. Just a nice, honest cider.

Stubby bottle from TreeRock. Asked for it to go like a weirdo. Lo-ball @home. Frothy head, jellied & almost perfectly clear, amber. Lacking anything much sniff-able. Sweet & Mott's-like, creamy yeast, browned fruit. Taste is bittersweet(mostly sweet), faintly tart, very faint funk, upsetting-ly buttery in taste & texture. Brown sugar & sulfites finish it. Mellow acid, lacking tartness, soft to moderate carbonation, faint indication of alcohol. Candy.
