330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, malty aroma, a touch of husk and white bread crust, weak hoppy overtones with a fruity touch of apricot. Taste is husky, grainy malty, rather plain bitter hoppy, a very cautious fruity touch of apple, some protein. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft carbonation. Quite expressionless, boring - meh.

22-07-20 // draft at the brewery. Unfiltered pale yellow. Small fine white head. Mild grainy malty nose with a subtle sub sour note. Refreshing sourness. Mild to medium but one dimensional. Grainy and citrus. Minimal soapy touch. A mild citrus sweetness to the end. Easy.

0.33 l bottle from 'Alehub', best before January 2021. Slightly hazy, amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly malty and a little grassy-spicy aroma of grains, hay and a touch of wort. Gently sweet, slightly malty and just a bit grassy-spicy taste of grains, corn flakes, some wort and hints of hay, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly worty finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Classic Alkoholfreies, nothing wrong with it.

Again a 0,33 l bottle from rhoihessegold. Thanks a lot! Mid golden in the glass, little bit hazy with a small white head. Low orange fruity smell with wheat and yeast. Taste has some fruity parts, dry wheat, some yeast, some hop. Not what you really expect from a Weißbier. Mediocre.

Big thank you to rhoihessegold for that special release. 0,33 l bottle. Cloudy drak golden nearly pale amber in the glass with a more than one finger foam white head. Caramel with low citrus on the nose. Taste starts with a lot of caramel, increasing pale malt. Above average carbonated. Little bit apple fruity. Low bitterness to the end. Okay.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Doughy yeasty, minimally strawy and grainy, somehow isotonic, malty aroma, hints of yeast dough, some apricot, a citrusy hoppy touch of lemon. Taste is citrusy hoppy, slightly doughy yeasty and spicy pale malty, subtle sweetness, hints of lemon, a touch of apricot. Watery texture, prickly carbonation. Refreshing, not as muggy doughy as most other Low / No Alchol Beers. OK.

Brown with a thin, frothy crown. Aroma full of rich toffee, molasses, plums, raisins. Taste is luxuriously sweet, finishing dry and mildly bitter. Body to the heavy side of medium, carbonation mild. A bock as bocks should be made.
