(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Pale malty, slightly grainy aroma with hints of sour dough and a tinge of grassy hops in the background. Moderately sweet and cautious bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Doughy malty base with notes of white bread, shades of grains and faint grassy hops; mildly sweet and restrained bitter hoppy finish. 17.VI.16
