Bottle, as Zip - Beer meets cola. 2.5%. Sweet cola aroma. Brown colour, no head. Cola flavour, but actually also with some lager flavour. Beer mouthfeel.

(bottle, from pivnizub) Clear, dark brown colour with a reddish shine and a small beige foam. Shy toast-malty, slightly roasty and mouldy aroma. Light-bitter flavour, soft roast-malty taste with shy hints of coffee, light bodied, fizzy mouthfeel; dry, moderately bitter and light hoppy finish with notes of coffee in the aftertaste.

(bottle, from pivnizub) Slightly hazy yellow colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Dusty, slightly citrousy, grainy and grassy hoppy nose. Bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft carbonation. Moderately malt-based taste with herbal hops from the beginning. Moderately dry, slightly bitter, herbal hoppy finish with a grassy touch.

(bottle, from pivnizub) This one is very close to Alsfelder Rathaus Pilsner. Same appearance, malt-accented aroma and taste with quite dense herbal hops. Light bodied, smooth mouthfeel. Clean, a bit bland but still drinkable.

(33cl swing top bottle, a present from pivnizub) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized quickly diminishing foamy white head. Sweet grainy aroma with a touch of herbal hops. Bittersweet flavour, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Malty taste, slightly grainy and papery; almost medium-dry, dense fruity and moderately bitter finish. Okay, nothing more.

(bottle, from pivnizub) Hazy, murky brown colour with a huge and stable beige foamy head. Sweet and toasty wheat aroma with notes of banana, caramel and cloves. Medium-sweet flavour, light to medium body, quite smooth carbonation for a Weizen. Slightly toasty, wheat-malty taste with a touch of caramel and a shy fruitiness; short, medium-dry, wheaty and clovy finish. Probably brewed in Herborn (or elsewhere).

Sweet flavour, slim bodied, watery mouthfeel, slightly sparkling. Wheaty and banana-fruity taste; thin, moderately sweet and a bit sourish finish with restrained clovy spice. Has also some metallic notes after the first sips. Probably brewed in Herborn (or elsewhere).

Bottle: Hazy, yellow to orangey coloured, smaller, slowly diminishing lacing off-white head; bananas and cloves in the nose with a cheesy tinge...; light sweetish flavour; sourish, a bit tart and fruity finish. Not really impressive, poor...........
