Bottle at home. Aroma is grainy malt, mild grassy hops, straw. Flavour is slightly sweetish and moderate bitter. Body is light to medium. Enjoyable German style Pilsener, good grainy aroma with a touch of crisp grassy hops.

Bottle at home. Aroma is sweetish grainy malt with a touch of clove and a hint of unfresh fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Quite a dull beer.

As "Alsfelder Bio-Dinkel". Aroma is wheaty, light fruity, banana, spicy yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Body is light to medium. Not bad, very drinkable.

Bottle, courtesy Koelschtrinker. Pours dark brown. Aroma is soapy, burnt bread, crumbs. Body is medium, really sweet and sugary, way too much. Feels like the yeast died too early. Not great.
