Bottle 330ml. @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg.Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, bread, light roasted, light brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100220]

Clear amber with a tiny white head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and hints of chocolate. Flavour was sweet with roasted malt, caramel, grassy hops and chocolate. Finished dry and bitter.

Bottle, 7.0%. Mild spicy aroma, hint of aniseed. Clear dark brown colour. Small frothy off-white head. The flavour is bready, has a good alcohol level. A little perfumy. Not too bad, but there are plenty of better Bocks out there.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, ruby brown colour with a beige medium-sized foamy head. Sweet and robust toasty malty aroma with notes of caramel, candy, a tinge of spicy hops and alcohol. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a smooth carbonation. Solid malty base, moderately toasted taste with caramel, light crusty notes and herbal accents; the initial malty corpus is drying and slimming out towards the moderately sweet and slightly bitter hoppy finish. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, straw, toasted, nutty, wood spunes, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Getreidig-würziger Antrunk mit leicht bitterem Beiton. Mild bleibend, die Aromen scheinen sich gegenseitig zu übertrumpfen was zu einem eher disharmonischen Eindruck führt. Zum Ende kristallisiert sich der bittere Ton als Hauptnote hervor, wirkt aber etwas muffig. Test vom 10.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,7,8,8,12,8 - 8,05
