Description
At Hop City, we create beer that inspires the curious, and fuels the restless.
We embrace the journey as much as you do. We take risks, make wrong turns, and just go for it.
For us, it’s about believing in curiosity. Because even though it may have killed the cat, before he died, that cat probably had a pretty good time.

Can from the LCBO. Pours a slightly hazy very light amber with an off white head. Nose is citrus and faint caramel. Quite sweet with hint of bitterness. Medium mouth and carbonation with not much of a finish. Easy drinking but not much character.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours amber/copper with an off-white head. Aroma suggests very light cola. Med body, or nearly. Flavor is slightly roasted caramel with a small amount of herb/spice hop. Seems to nail the style.

This pale poured a medium amber colour with a spore like, bright white head. Scents include a huge hop bouquet. Scents of pineapple, lemon and grapefruit most predominant. First sip was rather thin with a lemony citrus hop flavor. Finish is citrus hops out the nines!

Not bad. Amber beer with solid flavor. Nice addition of hops give this a nice balance.

Canette 473ml.
