From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is dark malty. Aroma is fruity and hoppy. Bitter. slight fruity and slight citric. Dry malty and citric finish. Ends bitter and fruity.

Cask at GBBF 2010. A golden beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrush fruits. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of hay. The body is light and I find the beer boring.

Cask @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, light hoppy, light to moderate yeasty, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, dry, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100804]

Draught at Porterhouse, Dublin. Clear amber small head. Peaty and roasty. Dry and light bodied with soft mouthfeel and caramelly malt. Grassy spicy hops mixes nicely with peat and fudge. Salty finish with mild resiny bitterness. Tasty and easy going!

50cl bottle @ Bull and Castle, Dublin. Thanks Dave. Brune foncée crémeuse. Malt, chocolat, café et grillé, sec au palais note de flocons d’avoine. Simple et efficace avec beaucoup de saveurs du malt torréfié surtout pour une bière à faible tenant en alcool.
