[ As Bøllingsø Dubbel ].Unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, light hoppy, light yeasy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, bread, nutty, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140523]

Bottle from trade with fonefan, many thanks Jan. Very dark brown color with medium beige head. Aroma of roasted malt coffee, peat, dark chocolate, vanilla. Taste, roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, dark berries, licorice, ash, citrus hops. Coffee bitter finish. Tasty.

Fra fad på Tap1 mai-14: mye og tett skum. Duft og smak av lime og litt krydder. Hadde sikkert smakt godt ved lavere serveringstemperatur. Ble servert romtemperert, og det ble en ufrisk bekjentskap.

Draught at KØ14. Fruity aroma, slightly smokey. Dark red brown colour, seems clear. Small light brown head. The flavour is malty and roasted with a mild earth maltiness. A little sweet. Not very stout-like.
