Bottled@Petalax. Deep ruby colour with a small beige head. Aroms is chocolate, some toasted tones with mild soy sauce too. Flavour is chocolate, mild alcohol, some liquorice, roasted and toasted tones with some fudge.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small, light brown head. Has an odd, spicy, gingery, clove-like note to it. Rich, sweet, roasty body. Tobacco and Xmas spices, but not overdone. Cardamom? Cinnamon? Not a bad take on a rich Christmas Stout. 180820

ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, flowers, nectar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, strawberry, sweet malt, fruity malt, pale malt, flowers, nectar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200225]
