(bottle) Almost clear, greenish golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Moderately sweet and slightly grainy aroma with subtle fruity and herbal hoppy notes. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Pale malt character with light grainy notes; moderately dry, malt-accented and slightly herbal hoppy finish. Balanced brew. 30.IX.09

(bottle, 5.6%) Slightly unclear, golden colour with a short and loose foamy white layer. Malty aroma with a grainy touch and a tinge of bread, as well as subtle fruity notes. Sweet flavour, medium bodied, crispy on the tongue. Solid pale and cara-malty base with light bready and subtle fruity notes. Medium-dry malt-accented finish with a tinge of caramel and herbal hops. Solid Märzen. 30.IX.09

Bottle 50 cl. Clear amber golden with an off-white head. Discreet aroma of roasted malt and pumpernickel. Medium body, some pumpernickel notes and a little burned caramel also. Lightly bitter finish. Not a great Bock. 090609
