Clear deep amber colour, good frothy beige head, dissipating slowly, fair lacing. Aroma roasted malt, caramel, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, rum. Taste light heavy sweet and slightly bitter, roasted malt, toffee, rum, vanilla, raisins, spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, roasty, caramellish, bit boozy interesting brew, quite nice.

Bottled 33oml. from Albert Heijn Amsterdam. Darker golden coloured, small white head, noticable bison grass in the nose. Sweetish malty, decent presence of bison grass, mild grassy and spicy with again notes of bison grass in the finish. Quite nice and interesting.

Zoet gras, jaj. Zoet is het in ieder geval. Maar dan een rare vanille achtige zoetheid. Geef mij maar bitter in de lente

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Albert Heijn, Culemborg. Black with a beige head. Chocolate aroma with roasted malts. Taste is on the sweet side with a chocolatebitter undertone. Nice winter porter; even in the spring.
