Burk från SB. Disig ljusgul vätska med högt vitt skum. En ganska urtvättad och söt hefe. Banan, aningen kryddor och jäst. Oinspirerad och trist.

Kaiserhöfer Schützenbier, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Das Kronacher Freischießen 2020 mußte wegen der Corona-Krise ausfallen, aber für Alkoholiker ... äh, Bierliebhaber wie mich gibt es das Bier zum Fest auch in der Flasche - dank Ludger Berges sogar in Berlin! - Dunkles Goldgelb, klar. - Nase blaß orangenfruchtig-malzsüß mit nur undeutlicher Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk etwas schmalspurig hellmalzig-süß, zart süßsauer, mit leicht limonadenartiger Frucht (Orangenlimo) und spelzigem Malz. Milder rezent, vollmundig doch etwas hart. Im Abgang milde hopfenwürzige Herbe. - Etwas lahmes aber doch trinkbares Festbier aus dem Frankenwald. (28.7.2020.)

Bottle. Dark chestnut brown, goldencream. Roast, dry chocolate nose. Medium body, chewy dark bread, pleasant roast notes which finish an a pleasant broad dark chocolate plateau. Light metallic bittering, Very pleasant sweet Dunkel.

Bottle. Clear amber golden, golden cream. Dry metallic bitterhop, light oxidized grain nose. Light body, slightly moppy, dry caramel, A hint juiciness, grassy hop finish.

Bottle. Dark clear amber, offwhite foam. Roast caramel, herb and smoke aroma together with a nice grassy bitter note. Medium body, dry roast, metallic smoke, a bit croissant, fatty notes, chewy finish. Plerasant drink.

Bottle, Bienenfleiß. Clear red chestnut, creamy offwhite head. Juicy malt aroma with some roast and pleasant hops. Medium body, dry, could be chewier. sweet base, berry, orangepeel, marzipan bread oxidation, pleasant orchard finish, green apple retronasal.

Bottle. Clear reddish-brown color with tiny tan head. Aroma is caramel, raisins, light cocoa. Taste is cocoa, light cardboard, marzipan-oxidized. Dry, almost watery mineraly mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Alright.

Swing top bottle. Red amber color. Flowery hopbitter, slightly yeasty flavor. Some distant fruit. Orange, figs, peach. Orange and malt in the aroma. Becomes tastier as the beer warmens up. Some bitterness and a hint of licorice in the aftertaste.

Swing top bottle. Pale blonde color. Flowery, citric aroma. Flowery, perfumed flavor, with some hay-like hopbitterness in the aftertaste. Just a bit thin and too perfumed to be enjoyable.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Brown sugar and yeast in the aroma. Sugary sweet, soft fruity (banana, orange), caramelly flavor. Sticky mouthfeel. Too sweet to be really enjoyable.
