Description
The brewery Fuglsang can rightly call itself Denmark's oldest family-owned brewery. Søren Christian Fuglsang founded the brewery in 1865, and today it is some of his great-grandchildren who, with respect for the craft and the raw materials, produce solid South Jutland beer.
The family also runs its own export malt factory, which is Denmark's largest and one of the few independents in Europe - it is the one that supplies a large part of the good malt to Fuglsang's beer.

Bottle, 5.2%. Good caramelly hop aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small unstable head. The flavour is caramelly and piney from the hops. Does not taste as good as it smells. Good mouthfeel, though.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of banana and some sourish, grainy touches. Sweetish, malty and estery flavour with notes of banana and sourish touches of grain. Bitter, hoppy hints. Estery and malty aftertaste. Not bad for the style but nothing really exciting.
