Description
The brewery Fuglsang can rightly call itself Denmark's oldest family-owned brewery. Søren Christian Fuglsang founded the brewery in 1865, and today it is some of his great-grandchildren who, with respect for the craft and the raw materials, produce solid South Jutland beer.
The family also runs its own export malt factory, which is Denmark's largest and one of the few independents in Europe - it is the one that supplies a large part of the good malt to Fuglsang's beer.

Can, 4.8%. Weak malty aroma. Pale yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is quite grainy but finishes clean enough. It does have a very faint aromatic hoppiness. Low to medium bitterness.

Can. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and hops, with notes of yeast. Bitterish flavour of hops with sweetish notes if yeast and malt and hints of paper. Bitter and slightly acidic aftertaste. Okay for a macro Kölsch but nothing special.

Ut over det: completely forgettable.
