Draught at KØ07. Weakly roasted aroma and flavour. Dark brown colour, small head. The flavour has a hint of banana. On the whole, not very flavourful.

Draught, 3.5% at KØ07. Good ginger aroma. Very dark brown colour. Small light brown head. Very roasted flavour, hiding the ginger. Roast coffee aftertaste. Thin mouthfeel.

CBF07 sample from 50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a brown head. Aroma of alcohol and sweet malt. Slight spicy and liqourice/annis. Strong annis/liqourice flavour, a slight bitterness in the finish. Too dominated by the annis.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours muddy brown. Aroma of coffee and liqourice/annis. Flavour is very floral and herbal. Has some malt notes but it is overrules by the annis spice leading to a strange flavour. Finish is dry and spicy.

Draft. A pitch black beer with a fast disappearing brown head. The aroma is sweet roasted with spicy notes of anise and ginger. The flavor is sweet with notes of anise and roasted malt as well as light notes of honey and alcohol. The mouthfeel is very smooth.
