Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy golden. Hay aroma. Sweet and lightly fruity.Flavour of orange and wheat malt. Almost no esters, instead hops are taking it’s place. Medium bitterness. Interesting and quite drinkable.

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Near black.Tarry nose. Sweet and very resiny with a strange plastic unpenetrable mouthfeel. Herbal bitter finish. The very strange mouthfeel makes it feels like the beer is surrounded by a baloon when I drink it, and no flavours seep out.

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy dark brown. Roasty chestnut aroma. Medium dry with restrained esters and surprisingly light body. Some banana and toffee. Finishes off with burnt malt. Unusually drinkable weizenbock. I like it!

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy golden. Grapefruity perfumy nose. Sweetish with rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Lightlyyasty and orangey with biscuity malt character. Salty bitter finish. The flavours die a bit quick, otherwise really good.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an OK yellow head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of spices and brown sugar. The flavor is sweet with notes of grapefruit, and a light dusty hop notes as well as a light note of burnt plastic, leading to a bitter end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy amber golden with a creamy, off-white head. Fat, malty aroma also with some aroma hops shining through. Medium-bodied with lightly sweet malt accents and a distinct, aromatic bitterness. Lots of flavour for a beer of this strength. 040307

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy, dark amber golden with an off-white head. Very lively carbonation. Aroma of alcohol and aniseed. Fairly full-bodied with a lightly sweet malt character quickly balanced by a distinct hop bitterness. Some burned malt accents adds to the bitterness. Very distinct notes of licorice but no real traces of the cinnamon. 020307 (Bottle 50 cl) As "Stevns Fiddivous Påskebryg". Slightly hazy amber golden with a creamy, beige head. Fruity aroma with a whiff of spices - ginger perhaps. Medium body with sweetish, roasted malts, caramel and fruits. Some bitterness in the finish. 220308

Bottled as Stevnsk Vinter. I like the beers from Stevns, but this is my favourite so far. It pours clear, reddish brown and is topped by a creamy beige head. Roastyness, malt, spices and dried fruits in both aroma and flavor, and it has a roasted finish with fruity hops at the end. (061222)
