A very dark red beer with a slight hazy underneath a disappearing brown head. The aroma is sweet roasted with light notes of alcohol, berries, and burnt malt. The flavor is of burnt malt on a sweet back ground, combined with notes of nuts, leading to a dry roasted end. I find it somewhat artisanal.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a very dark brown with a warm, reddish glow. Small, brownish head. A lightly burned malt aroma. Medium body with burned, malty accents and an ashy edge. A light underlying fruitiness. Has a bitter, burned bitternes from the malts. A very decent Stout. 280906

An unclear orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of grass, malt, oranges, caramel, and a weird touch of flowers. The flavor is sweet combined with a hints of acidity. The flavor is a mixture of lots of different things - too many things going on here in my opinion, which makes the beer lack its own identity, there are notes of grass, malt, oranges, flowers, caramel, and much more. It lacks its own identity, but there’s nothing wrong.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy golden with a creamy, white head. Discreet aroma - perhaps a touch of citrus. Medium body, flavours of vitamin C with a vague, underlying tartness. Light and very quaffable. A nice summer quencher. 110606

Bottled. Hazy amberish brown colour with mediumsized brown head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate and roasted malts. Flavour varies from strong roastedness to sweetish malts. A lot of spices also noteable. Wellbalanced and good brew.

[Bottled] (BB 06/2006). Muddy brown color with small tan head. Spicey and wheaty aroma, some roasted malts. Toffee, yeast and cold coffee in the flavor. Licorice in the finish. Could use more body though.
