Shared bottle. Hazy golden with some particles floating around and a nice fluffy white head. Light biscuits, lots of herbs and light raw vegetables, quite yeasty, broccoli, nettles. Light sweet and medium vegetal bitter. Medium bodied. Don’t like this much.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy dark red color with some yeast particles floating in it, medium sized off-white to beige head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is malts, something weird and annoying in there. Actually it smells bad. Can’t explain it really. Just weird and I don’t like it. Taste has the same weird flavor as I got in the aroma and again I really dislike it. Not my thing I guess. Fizzy carbonation, average body. Meh.

Bottle @ benzai. Clear dark amber to light copper colour with a large off-white head. Smells rabbit cage, slightly malty. Took a sip and it almost killed me. The beer starts to fizz as soon as you try to drink it. Tastes malts, sweet, brown sugar, slightly biscuit i guess. Very fizzy and lots of carbo, medium body.

Leicht trübe rötlichbraune Farbe, schöne beige Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, Vanille, Kekse, hopfig, reife Früchte. Geschmack sehr hopfig, Karamell, etwas Schokolade, dezent bitter, Vanille.

Bottle from Burg Bieren, BB Aug 2015, large sample. Slight hazy redbrown color, short frothy light brown head. Aroma of burned caramel, grainy biscuit, slight metallic, bit earthy hop, whole grain cookie. Burned caramel in taste, whole grain biscuit again, bit spicy and sweet. Heavy on the whole grain cookie, reminding me of fresh grinded biscuit malt. Wonder if it truly fits the original Tasty Lady, as the use of the malt is quite overpowering perhaps.

Bouteille: Deep golden, hazy, huge rocky and " dirty" head with a minimal lace; moderate grapefruity nose with the typical " low-countries" orangey-yeasty touch, some grains detectable as well; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft but relatively light bodied; dry and tart bitter-orangey finish. O.K., but nothing special…

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 21 Aug 2014) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with cereal, dough, bread and grass. Malty, fruity taste with notes of white bread, grass, peaches, cereal and a balanced grassy bitterness in a fairly dry finish. Medium body, mainly dry but with a light sweetness. Fresh and well balanced. Quite nice.
