bottle, Danke pivnizub! Clear chestnut-brown colour with a large off-white head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, malty with hints of honey, caramel and toffee, perhaps some walnut and dried fruit. Shy hoppy flavours blend in towards the end, resulting in a lingering bitter-sweet finish with a touch of plums. A delicious Dunkel!

Bottle: Golden, small fluffy - quickly collapsing - white head, lazy carbonation; delicate grainy nose with a touch of straw and a very subtle fruitiness; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; light fruitiness returns in the moderate sweet-grainy and bitter finish, accompanied by a light lemony touch. Decent, but very restrained Helles.........

Bottle: Clear, chestnut-amber coloured with a medium-sized - very quickly collapsing - off-white head; moderate to solid dark-malty nose, delicate traces of toasted malt and a subtle nutty fruitiness included; solid sweet flavour - not cloying - with a light bitter touch, medium bodied; slightly lingering sweet-bitter finish, aromas of dried fruits and roasted malt detectable. Even though a bit on the sweet side, this is a very well crafted Dunkel.............
