Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, clear, big loose white head; grassy-grainy nose with a touch of cardboard; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, smooth; shorter bitter-sweet finish with very delicate traces of noble hops. O.K., but not really overwhelming.......

bottle (Gruß nach Bochum!). Deep dark brown colour with a decent and creamy beige head. Aroma of chocolate. Full-bodied, intensivele malty with flavours of caramel, chocolate, raisins and plums. Very nice indeed.

(bottle) Hazy, dark amber colour with a big and beige, non-persistent frothy head. Sourish and mildly toasted wheaty aroma with notes of red berries and clovy spices in the background. Sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheat-malty and fruit-accented taste with shy toasty and clovy notes; sour and slightly tart ffruity finish. Not a gem but a refreshing brew. 25.X.09

Bottle:Golden. small foamy layer, visible carbonation, grainy-strawy nose with an almondy-fruity touch; light sweetish-bitter flavour. slim; light fruity-lemony traces in the delicate sweet-malty and bitter finish. Not bad, not boring, only a bit thin.......

Sweet flavour, full bodied with a moderate, slightly crispy carbonation. Toasty malt-character with a tinge of molasses; sweet and slightly toasted finish with light but rounded hoppy notes. Bottle: Clear, copper-amber coloured, small and quite quickly diminishing beige head; solid, not too sweet, caramelly toasty nose with a very faint touch of hops, dried fruits and molasses in the second row; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; slightly lingering sweet fruity and almondy-malty finish with a little bitter-chocolatey aftertaste. Very decent Bock......

Moderately sweet cara- and toast-malty aroma with bready and nutty notes, accompanied by a touch of toffee and a whiff of herbal hops. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Delicate pale malt-character, slightly chalky taste with dry herbal and slightly grassy hops; mildly sweet and solid bitter hoppy, slightly chalky finish. Good one. 04.X.09
