500ml bottle from Black Bull, Coniston - Golden clear body, loose white head. Relatively fresh citrus aroma, sweeter than the handpull version. Flavour has a decent light dose of sweet malt, with plenty of fresh hop flavour and light bitterness. Very drinkable session bitter.

Bottle poured and served at Black Bull, Coniston - Rich amber coloured body, thick lacing white head. Aroma of sweet citrus, caramel and sweet candy sugar. Taste is rich deep and malty, loads of sweetness in there. Very nice, and not at all what I expected when I saw the bottle.

On keg at Black Bull, Coniston - a hot day quencher as a prelude to a ticking sesh. Clear straw coloured body, no head. Lots of fizz, nose and taste is grainy, rather cloying. Did its job but obviously Conistonโs "one for the masses".

Bottle. Nose is perfume, malt, cereal, slight tropical note from the American hops. Taste is cereal, malt, slight orange, floral, herbal hops, doughy, hint of peach with a gentle mineral herbal hop finish. Itโs quite a nice bitter, and very drinkable.
