Orange color, dense head. Yeasty banana aroma. Sweetish, rather herbal flavor with lots of banana, flowing into a yeasty, vegetable-bitter finish.

Dachsbräu Ulimator, Flasche von Harry’s Getränkeecke, München-Laim. - Kupfergoldbraun, klar.

0,5 L bottle, at Restaurant Mundart. Pours a nice, clear, ruby-brown color, with a big, foamy, tan head. The aroma is caramel, some cocoa, easy peat, chicory, and rye bread. Sweet and sugary, with a light, crisp bitterness. Light to medium body, with a malty, crisp palate. This is a mellow, sharp dunkel.

0,5 L bottle at Mundart. Clear, light orange color, with a big, frothy, tan head. The nose is candied orange peel, wet grass, sweet cherries, lemongrass, and some earth. Sweet and yeasty, with an interesting, dank bitterness. Light to medium body, with a crisp, creamy mouthfeel. Simple and nice.

Hell herber Beginn mit leichter Süße. Spritzig, mild bitter, konstant getreidig. Okay. 10/9/9/9/8/9

Bottle, thanks Anette! Cloudy golden with medium white head. Aroma is quite a bit of yeasts, wheat, unripe banana peel, milk chocolate. Also the smell of the skin of a living tree branch, that was just peeled off. Taste is mild sourness with some yeasty sweetness and syrupy bitterness. Very soft on the tongue, some big bubbles in there, smooth texture. A bitter alcoholic bite while swallowing. Later not much of a finish. Quite much character, yet none of my favourites.
