Back to the USA bar again for an American interpretation of a German Helles. Tiny head covering a hazy, lightly golden body. Smell of mild fruity hops. Taste of citric fruits mixed with herbal hops. Some yeasty notes. A bit sweet, but quite well made (gravicask, GBBF 07.08.2009).

One-third pint, gravity cask, GBBF 09. Grey-yellow body with a wheat haze. Light aroma of acid fruits. Tart fruits in flavour with prominent hints of kefir milk. Diluted texture. Drinkable, but really not my kind of beer. Awful to look at (London, 04.08.2009).
