Because of our passion for good beer, we try to get a little better with every beer and push our boundaries.
Folkinge, the first part of our name, refers to the location where we started brewing: in the 'backyard' of a beer shop on the Folkingestraat in Groningen. Brew refers to the American craft beer culture, where we get our inspiration.

CBH2025. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is banana, some passion fruit, mild tartness with some sweet vanilla nad lactose tones. Flavour is lactose, some passionfruit, banana and nicely sweetish sour.

Smooth, slightly sweetish with some roastiness, licorice, hints of oaky vanilla and woody notes, some coconut, cocoa and chocolate. Pretty good old skoolish BA stout. Greasy coconut vibes start pushing through as it warms up
Juicy tropical fruity, sweetish and hoppy with hints of peaches, floral notes, citrus, grapefruit and coconutty vibes, hints of green grassy notes. Okay TIPA

CBH2025. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is citrus, some peachy tones with mild nectar and some lemongrassy elements. Flavour is citrus, peach, some oats, mild lemongrassy and some nectary tones with mild alcohol sweetness to it as well. Alcohol actually fits in nicely with the slight sweetish kick.

Golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is grassy, herbal, floral and some mild grainy tones to it. Flavour is floral, grassy, herbal and some mild bready malts to it. Crisp and nice Pils.

Can. Color: Very hazy orange, white head. Aroma: Sweetish, white grape, melon, ripe pear, overripe tropical fruit. Taste: Ripe pear, spicy clove, overripe white grape, melon and mango. Yeasty hints. Very smooth and pretty dense mouthfeel. Over medium body, just below average carbonation. Spicy and sweet fruit finish. Medium sweet, moderate bitterness. Not your average DIPA. Nice twist. Ok overall.

Can. Color: Very hazy orange, frothy white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus, dank hints. Taste: Very smooth and pretty dense moithfeel, Hoppy, fruity citrus fruit, some lemon, subtle dank, passion fruit and melon. Moderate to over moderate sweetness and bitterness. Nice one.
