Description
Folkingebrew was founded with the aim of brewing beer that we like to drink ourselves. That is why we make beers with a distinct character in taste, aroma and color.

Because of our passion for good beer, we try to get a little better with every beer and push our boundaries.

Folkinge, the first part of our name, refers to the location where we started brewing: in the 'backyard' of a beer shop on the Folkingestraat in Groningen. Brew refers to the American craft beer culture, where we get our inspiration.

Between 2018-2025 client brewer, became a brewery in 2025 but the large batches, which are canned, are still brewed at Baxbier.

Hazy yellow colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nectary tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some nectary and mild sweet herbal tones.

Can. Color: Very hazy orange, white head. Aroma: Sweetish, white grape, melon, ripe pear, overripe tropical fruit. Taste: Ripe pear, spicy clove, overripe white grape, melon and mango. Yeasty hints. Very smooth and pretty dense mouthfeel. Over medium body, just below average carbonation. Spicy and sweet fruit finish. Medium sweet, moderate bitterness. Not your average DIPA. Nice twist. Ok overall.

Can. Color: Very hazy orange, frothy white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus, dank hints. Taste: Very smooth and pretty dense moithfeel, Hoppy, fruity citrus fruit, some lemon, subtle dank, passion fruit and melon. Moderate to over moderate sweetness and bitterness. Nice one.

From the MBCC'25 goodie bag. Murky peach coloured, huge offwhite head. Sourish, fruity hoppy aroma, peach and dark berries. Lactose weet and sour fruity flavour, peach and vanilla, some berries.

Очень мощная ипа. Прям тело тяжелое, хмеля очень много что жжет язык, цитрусы как мякоть так и цедра.
