Draft at Ascension. Pours a clearish yellow with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Citrus focused nose with tangerine and light dank aromas. Kind of watery on the palate with more citrus and pineapple. Smooth with more of the same on the finish.

Draft at Ascension. Pours a pitch black with a small bit of brown head that dissipates. Lovely chocolate brownie aromas with warming bourbon and vanilla oak notes on the nose. Smooth with a fairly good body...not overly thick, but not thin by any means. Bourbon soaked fudge brownie on the palate with warming alcohol that lingers. A beast of a beer.

Draft at Ascension. Pours a clearish straw gold with a full finger of white foam that lingers. Banana, light clove, wet hay, citrus and faint pepper on the nose. Great yeast character, very complex. Light and refreshing on the palate with light coriander and peppercorn that linger on the finish. I like this.

Can. Has to be said, an attractive can, rich colourful complex pattern that would have been a smash on 1968 and still relevant now. However, the appearance of this can will form no part of the final score. Cloudy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft but dry creamy sweet malts. Light pine and a mild hop spice. The fruity aspect of the hops is dominantly citric peel with a touch of fresh orange underneath. Mild citric peel linger. Tidy but anonymous Mosaic.

Can shared. Thanks Adam! Pours a hazy pinkish, ruby color with a finger of off-white foam that dissipates. Big kiwi and strawberry aromas with vanilla as it warms. Smooth and creamy on the palate. Great fruit flavors. I'm not a big milkshake fan but this was well done. Pillowy, fruity finish with light tart kiwi/strawberry notes.

Can shared. Thanks Adam! Pours a thick and viscous bright red with a small bit of head that dissipates. Big raspberry forward nose with vanilla cream and some guava as it warms. Smooth and thick on the palate...very creamy. Raspberry definitely out in the front on the palate as well with light guava tartness that comes out as it warms. Creamy berry finish.

Can shared. Thanks Adam! Pours a deep ruby to purple with a small bit of pink foam that dissipates. Deep jammy blackberry and raspberry aromas with the cassia bark lending a cinnamon-like aroma with creamy vanilla. Smooth and jammy on the palate with more blackberry jam, and cinnamon and clove notes. Smooth and fruit-forward finish with endless blackberry and cinnamon. One of the better Ascension beers recently.

Draft at Ascension. Pours a clearish straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Lemony nose and a bit of orange zest. As it warms some nice herbal and almost mint notes that come out. Nice grainy, unfiltered kolsch texture on the palate with lingering lemon and mint flavors.
