Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

Can from Cork & Cask. Milky golden/amber body with an off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of watermelon, vine tomatoes and honeydew melon. Flavour of juicy orange and a slightly bitter, boozy finish. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Juicy and tangy.

440ml can from Bailey Head. Drunk after a visit to Chirk Castle (highly recommended). Pours unclear glowing orange, thin white topping. Aroma presents pineapple / mango smoothies exotics. Taste builds on this with a fair sweetness, fluffy smooth palate, confident hop presence, finishes dry. Pretty decent this.

Can from Lupe Pintos. Milky golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of Jelly Babies, lime chutney and orange. Flavour of lime jelly, lychee and hop burn. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Loka Polly are getting better and better all the time.

Can shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours murky yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light saline, light green plant stalks. Taste is light citrus and melon rind. Bitter finish. Quite thin for the strength.

Can from Brewdog Lothian Rd, Edinburgh. Appearance - cloudy yellow orange. Thin attractive lacing. Nose - guava and overripe melon. Pithy edge. Taste - melon again. Underripe pineapple. Palate - close to medium bodied. Creamy texture. Elegant finish. Overall - good stuff.

Can picked up at M&F Bottleshop, and shared at home - big deep hazy opaque orange coloured pour with a good white head. Vibrant juicy fruity action with bold grapefruit and pithy orange hits, some notes of mango and papaya, proper substantial fruity mouthfeel and medium body, touch of green hop burn into the robust dank hoppy finish. Lovely.

Bottle at a tasting, thanks guys! Very very tasty. Juicy crisp exotic fruity hoppiness, pretty out there in your face. Med-high bitterness, med-thin body, moderate carbonation. Very good, resinous hoppy feeling. Great.
