Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Pours a fairly thick, deep, mahogany brown. Not far off black, in the glass. Dense and creamy, lasting, lacing, light tan head. Nose has earthy coffee bean. Dregs of sugared espresso. Some cheap chocolate fudge. Taste is chocolatey sweet, with more of the earthy coffee. Smooth mouthfeel. Feels richer than you might expect from the lowly ABV. Sugary, dirty coffee bean bitterness to close. Impressive.

Peaches and starbust sweets with a very bitter finish. Sharp dry finish. Iodine and chlorine which could be due to a canning fault. I'm not convinced yet. Needs water-treatment work.

Tap at the Craft Beer Shop, Little Chalfont. Poured a milky straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, grassy, light fruit hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a fresh crisp, light fruit, light pepper spice, super dry hop bitter palate and a lingering spicy bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Can courtesy of dad, consumed on Eurostar in the company of Dad, Barry and Scott Thursday 7th March Pours yolky yellow with a huge frothy white head. Juicy bit there is a real zappy hoppy hit. Quite a lot of of bitterness but the sweetness does balance things out quite nicely. Excellent stuff. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9

Can from Bottle Baron. Murky golden body with a medium white head that holds well. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of brioche bun, mango and tangerine. Flavour of orange pith with a hint of stainless steel on the finish. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Tangy and fruity. This is my first beer from Lola Polly; I really enjoyed it.
