Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

(Previously known as Loka Polly and Black Brook)

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Fully hazy, medium amber colour. Thick, frothy, lasting, clingy, off white head. Nose has spicy, slightly jammy, floral hop. A bit leafy, and a bit earthy. Background of sweet, biscuit malts. Comes across a little stewed, overall. Taste has an initial, jammy sweetness, turning spicy, leafy, piny bitter. Medium body. Foamy carbonation. Robust bitterness to finish. Decent, although I’m left wondering if this another of those beers that might be a victim of a slightly dodgy canning line. Could definitely be brighter and cleaner,

Nicely balanced first try from these guys. Lots of pineapple, dank hazy IPA.

440ml can @ Station. Pours a misty gold, fluffy white head. Citric fruit aromatics. Crisp on the palate, with a soft zesty character, light pine with grapefruit bitterness and teasing stone-fruit hints. Pleasant APA, clearly inspired by Cloudwater, just not quite justifying the price backet. Perhaps a stronger IPA will hit the spot.

Can. Very hazy dark gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and mild dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Hops bring good pine and slightly tangy and ripe citrus fruits. A little citrus peel. More pine. Mild hop spice. Pine turns slightly minty and cooling. Light finish. Nicely integrated IPA, but it's not setting off any fireworks.

Can. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and finely crisp. Light malts, a little thin, very light creamy sweetness. Piney hop intro. Some fairly tangy and bitterish citrus, mostly orange and orange peel but touches of tangerine and soft mango. Finishes light and leaves a tangy bitter linger. Good stuff but could do with less tang.
