Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

1st December 2018 Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, light and semi dry, decent trailing fine crispness. Light medium sweet malts provide a good base for piney spicy hops. Light citrus - orange, slightly floral. Touch of piney tropical fruits. Light finish. Well joined up and drinkable.

Can shared in CBC - London. Cheers to Danny. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white head. Dry and pithy, with some rindy bitterness, flinty minerality, grassy hops. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more pithy citrus character, lemon peel. Not bad overall.

Can. Hazy orange - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and has a decent fine minerally crispness. Smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. Good piney orange and lesser tangerine. Floral peel. Nibbly hop spice, quite light. Yeah - another good dipa from Loka Polly.
