Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

Can from Bottle Baron. Black body with a thin tan head. Faint lacing. Aroma of peach, charred toast and beef stock. Flavour of Marmite, black pepper, orange pith and ash. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. An unusual Stout because of the choice of hop used. For me, this sits in the middle of a Stout and a Black IPA. I liked it.

440ml can from Chez Sophie. Pours a misty pale gold, small white head. Aroma of fresh stone fruit. Taste is similarly fresh, lightly hoppy, pleasant citrus fruit, mild orange, very mild grapefruit, smooth oaty textures. Decent modern IPA.

Can split at CBC tasting, thanks to the Wingman, 16/07/18. Hazed golden yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is airy malts, hop dusting, orange pith, melon. Taste comprises pale malts, toasted grains, melon, tangerine, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Ok.

440ml can. Pours black, medium tan head. Strong roast, pine needle, bitter dark chocolate and simcoe hop on the nose. Taste presents similar layers, good layered grainy dark malts, chocolate, coffee grain, some nice hop flourishes, drying close. Comes together very well. Excellent hoppy stout.

440ml can. Pours hazy pale yellow, white topping. Aroma presents fresh floral, light, breezy exotics. Taste continues along a similar theme, fresh light, peachy, distant pineapple, not massively full on and thus very drinkable and refreshing. Another good one from Loka.

Can. Hazy orange - gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mild fine crispness. Fluffy malts, little thin, mild creamy sweetness. Hops are on the dirty side. Bitterish onion and a trace of garlic underpin orangey hops. Little spicy bitterness. Fairly dry finish brings a touch of rubbery skunk. Not doing huge amounts for me and I was in no hurry to take another mouthful.
