Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

Can shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. The nose has some lemon, pithy citrus, rind, light sweet flavour with some flinty dryness, ass, lemon peel. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish, warming, pithy and grassy, more minerals. So so overall.

Pigs Ear after party at chez Smith. Thanks to Fergus for the can. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, thin creamy sweetness. Nibbly hop spice. Light fresh orange and a mild tangerine. Modest mango. Fruity spicy finish. Good stuff.
