Description
Beachwood Blendery is a small batch beer producer established in 2014 by the same creative minds behind the award winning Beachwood Brewing. Beachwood Blendery has embarked on an undoubtedly geeky quest to recreate the Lambic style beers of Belgium. Our beers are produced using ingredients, equipment, and brewing methods that are both steeped in tradition and admittedly modern.

Bottle thanks to Jules. Pours a yellow gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is funk, earth, cheese, oak. Thin body, funky, lemon zest, oak, nice tartness, very nice.

A reddish pink ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, beautiful mix of Brett, funk, cranberries, light lactic and Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with raspberries, red grapes, Brett, horse blanket, very nice. On tap at Clandestin.

Tasting at Brian's, bottle
Dark red-purple colour. Farty smell, funky, jammy berry. Aggressively sour, the berry character is fairly strong, light funk.
Quite good.

Cloudy blond colour. Very farty, a bit funky, sharply sour, with mild fruit. It's interesting, but the fruit detracts from the base Funk Yeah.

Tasting at Brian's, corked bottle, 6.5% ABV
Hazy blond colour. Funky, farty, with strong citrus peel, horseblanket; frankly I can believe this is an actual Lambic from Belgium.
Excellent.

Tasting at Brian's, corked bottle; 6.5% ABV
Hazy blond colour, greenish. Elegant peach aroma. Aggressive sourness, initially the peach is evident, then it fades away, and overall it's just one more aggressive sour beer with little complexity.

Cloudy blond colour; mild funky aroma, generic fruit; good mouthfeel, it's moderately sour, the fruit is there, and there is some astringency in the finish; possibly, some yeast too, though. pretty good.
