Draught at BBQ: pours clear yellowish. Aroma is funk, apricot, basement. Taste is somewhat sour, funky, mellow apricot. Quite nice.

Draught at BBQ location: pours clear gold with small head. Aroma is lemon, funk, spice and pepper. Taste is not too acidic. Mellow sourness. Citrus shines. Mellow funk. Subtle pepper undertone adding a nice touch. Interesting, but not crazy.

Bottle thanks to Jules. Pours a cloudy gold with small white head. The aroma is peach flesh and oak. Slick body, lemon, peach oak, nice tartness, light acidity, funky, very good.

Bottle thanks to Jules. Pours a dark purple with small off white head. The aroma is strong berry, cherry, oak. Nice tartness, light jam, enjoyed this.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Hazy orange colour, mid sized head. Citric woody nose with some tokaji aszú wine. Tart with medium body and rouned moutheel. Cedary wood, honeyis noble rot grapes, citric acid. Slight notes of old butter. Fantastic aroma, but not as complex as real lambic.

Sampled from the tap at Aces and Ales Tenaya. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has earthy tart grapes with an earthy oak note through the finish. Flavor has bitter tart and dry grape with an okay backbone.
