Short pour @Amplified, somewhere downtown. Golden, hazy, dusty-looking brew. Smell in pineapple, lime, white sugar & faint earth. Taste is a fun ride. Sharp acidity right from the start. Bracing sourness overwhelms everything. Big & obvious pineapple juice, bracing sourness continues. Pineapple juice sugars keep going, with a dab of pith bitterness middle in. I think it's al good as everything fades away, then a very unexpected chili heat comes over me. Hot, but low boiling point, it's kinda strong. Good shit. Too bad it's battery acid level sourness.

GABF 2022. This was fantastic. It reminded me of Fou Foune. Sour with lots of peach, tons of fruit, yeast, hazy orange color and it is delicious.

Draft at Barley and Bone Beer Cafe. Crystal clear golden color, small white head. Aroma of light tannins and citrus. Taste is softly sour light lemon, stonefruit, more tannins. Bone dry finish. Very tasty.
