440ml can. Opaque, darkest brown colour with minimally late awakening, small to average, very dense, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, dark beige head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty and slightly nutty, minimally caramel malty aroma, hints of hazelnut, hazelnut flavoured white coffee, a touch of unripe hazelnut, some caramel. Taste is caramel malty with some residual sweetness, slightly roasty and minimally chocolately, dark malty and mildly nutty, hints of caramel flavoured white coffee, hazelnut flavoured white coffee, some hazelnut, a touch of praliné, mildly bitter, hoppy counterpart..
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying, simultaneously minimally dry palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice mouthfeel, a bit unilateral-nutty - acceptable.

Foam-thin to medium, malt, caramel, chocolate, cofee, roast. Head is small to medium, medium dark brown in color.

Can day 23 of my Mr Hop advent calendar, ordered directly from the webshop Vernray, Netherlands. Had this at home Tuesday 23rd December 2025 listening to Emily Pilbeam standing in for Huw Stephens on 6Music. I made homemade Pork Pies and we had Conchiglone Pasta stuffed with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon. Pours mid yellow, slim white head, smooth in the mouth, tropical fruit, in fact overripe tropical fruit, hoppiness is discreet but then wow it comes through with hoppy burps. Score 6.9
