Tap at the brewpub. Golden, mostly clear. Grass, green, some sweetness, malty bubblegum. Front heavy, sprizzy, bubblegum melanoidin. Bonus points for the waitress - we also ordered the Pils, but she refused. "Not serving that."

Tap at the brewpub. Clear amber, offwhite stable cream. did we confuse zwickl and jubi? Not sure, never mind they are pretty interchangeable. Caramel forward, a bit sticky, herbal notes, pretty meh.

Tap at Fischers. Hazy amber, lowish head. Light buttercaramel malt base, medium light under attenuated body, sticky, light on the 6 hops they claim is in here. Could have been dialed higher.

Nach dem mittelmäßigen Hellen und der miesen Maisweisse sowie kalten Essen hatte ich schon Angst dieses Saisonbier zu probieren. Aber die Neugier war größer. Und ich muss sagen, dass ich positiv überrascht war Es ist ein durchaus süffiges, brotig-malziges 🫓🥖 Bier mit leicht süßlichen Einschlag. Wenig Hopfen, aber angenehmer Körper. Kein Aromenchampion, aber gutes Bier zum Essen dazu 🥙

Seit langem komme ich wieder ins Fischerbräu 🐟. Der Biergarten ist nett, nur das Essen ist kalt und die saisonale Maiweisse ziemlich mies. Erst mal ist sie mit der grauen Farbe ur-hässlich 🧌, sodass mal gar keine Lust aufkommt. Da ich es aber ja zahlen muss, muss ich es zumindest kosten. Geschmacklich ist es im unteren Drittel. Es ist einerseits wässrig und auf der anderen sticht ein unangenehm ungezähmter Alkohol raus. Das angekündigte Nelkenaroma zeigt sich als holziger Unterton. Einfach nur grauslich 😨
