Tap at the brewpub. Glowing, almost clear orange-brown, tall fine head. Estery, fruity malt, orange, caramel, raisin, bit of booze. Boozy, malty flavor, raison, apple, burnt caramel. Ok, but doesn’t really come together. Nothing like the others.

Tap at the brewpub. Reddish orange, tall, fine, pillowy head. Orange, caramel, bread nose. Bit of peach. Full, fruity full, malty, medium sweetness, peach, orange, bit of honey. Nicely hopped. Smooth, full body with light soft carbonation, as they all are.

Rye special. Tap at the brewpub. Glowing, hazy orange-golden. High, fine, foamy head. Malty, slightly spicy rye, biscuits and bread, light citrus hops. Rye really shines in the flavor, spicy and bready, orange and lemon, grass. Love it.

Tap at the brewpub. Cloudy deep gold, high, fine airy head. Nice citrus nose, good lemon, biscuit, touch of diacetyl, just right, though, grass. Very nicely hoppy, lemon, herbs. Great balance. Lovely beer. Diacetyl came out a bit too much as it warmed, so minus 1.

Tap(@U3r v Praze): Amber coloured, cloudy, small and persistent off-white head; dryish hoppy nose (herbal, woody with a touch of vanilla), yeast and dark malt or brown bread detectable, too; moderate dryish bitter flavour, not without a residual sweetness, medium bodied, quite smooth; lingering bitter and bready-yeasty finish with a fruity-hoppy touch. Still good, but IMHO not too convincing…

Tap(U3r v Praze): Golden, a bit unclear, creamy, not too firm white head; clean and sweet pale malt and mild, but distinctive herbal-hoppy aroma (description says "Hallertau"); moderate sweet-bitter flavour, surely medium bodied and pretty soft, malty base well detectable; clear sweet pale-malty finish with a soft hoppy touch in the very end. Well crafted brew, still a bit on the sweet side…

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy darkish copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of roast, with notes of malt and caramel and some mild notes of hops. Sweetish flavour of malt and caramel, with some bitterish roasty and hoppy notes and hints of yeast. Bitter-sweet aftertaste. Soft carbonation. Well, far from a truly monastic beer, at least in the sense of Trappist, but drinkable and, within the style, rather enjoyable.

Draught @ the brewery as Red Ale. Pours hazy ruby with rocky off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast, malt and caramel, with buttery and fruity notes. Bitter flavour of hops, with intense estery notes and fruity and buttery hints. Touches of malt. Bitter aftertaste. Never my favourite style, and this beer will not change it,
