Bottiglia @ Simei 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è più che sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine fini si fa rammentare per i merletti sul vetro. Al piano inferiore la frizzantezza ha bollicine fini e la consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L’amaro è medio. L’ intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le attrazioni boccali conclusive sono luppolate e il finale è amarognolo, secco e pulito. Il retrogusto è intenso. La fragranza ha le note di caramello, pane, cereali, resina e agrumi.

On tap at Beer House Club (BHC), Firenze. Clear deep amber to copper coloured with a white head. Mild malty, fruity and somewhat hoppy aroma with hints of citrus.
