Bottle. Pour is a deep red with no head and musty aromas of light raspberry. Flavor is very nice but the sour flavor is a bit of a green olive tartness. It works pretty well with the fruit and body in this beer though.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out lots of stone fruits, cherry notes and light funk. Flavour is quite funky, with stone fruits, cherries, medium acidity and light funk on the finish. Nicely balanced, with higher acidity the usual for an authentic lambic.

Very heavy on the filmjölk (google that). Decent cherry presence. Not a fan of the lactic acid base at all but ok except for that.

Lovely raspberry presence. Tiny bit astringent perhaps which gets a bit harsh on the palette with the acidity. Nice fruited sour!

Balanced acidity. Plenty of peaches and other tropical fruits. Light vanilla bourbon barrel presence. Light bitterness that's a bit off.

Growler big thanks to Leighton. It pours dark brown with no head. The aroma is rich, unctuous, vanilla, sweet bourbon, toffee fruit cake, dried fruits, toasted action and a touch of marmite. The taste is smooth, rich, mellow sweetness, plenty of toffee, dried fruits, fruit cake, leather, vanilla, toasted coconut, warming alcohol and malt loaf with a smooth whisky finish. Medium- full body and slick mouth - feel. Rich, smooth and very well rounded. Tasty.
