I guessing this is the same as what I had at MBCT. Yorocco BA Saison 1 Sour Saison Cloudy light gold with a tannic lightly acidic but fruity flavor. This is a solid sour . 3.8

frothy white head. Slightly hazy golden color. Funky yeasty nose with good hoppiness slightly minty with green pepper, but The character from the coffee was too subdued. Still nice stuff.

deep golden color. Nice soft hoppy nose with crackery malty and good yeastiness. Soft fruity hopiness. I dont know what type of water they are using around Yorocco,but it is well suited for the style. Excellent mouthfeel and nice soft bitter finish. Best Kolsch in Japan hands down

Tap @ Pigalle. Pours clear golden with a nice frothy white foam head. Nose is basically malty but has this fresh cut grass herbal touch and feels quite crisp. Tastes smooth, somewhat slick texture, not really bitter but you can feel the presence of hops. Drinks easy, brewed well into style, decent clean and enjoyable. Not my favourite beer stye but a solid summer beer nevertheless.

Bottle shared at Craft Brewed, courtesy of Akio, muled by George. Thanks to everyone inolved! Pours a clearish straw color with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Lovely funky barnyard aromas with cobweb mustiness, wet hay and dried pineapple and apricot aromas. Loads of tropical fruit, oak, yogurt and more funk as it warms. The tropical notes really shine. Smooth with a rustic, grainy character on the palate. Light and easy to drink, lots of creamy sherry-like notes with apricot, dried pineapple, durian and overripe iyokan shining. Lingering oak, elegant tartness and creamy sherry lead to a long, slow finish that lingers. Bottle from Akio care of George shared at Zack's epic tasting. Pours a clearish orange gold with a finger of foam that dissipates. Musty hay, oak, lemon, grass and cobwebs on the nose with some soft floral aromas as it warms. Smooth on the palate with the oak leading the way with more floral undertones, dried citrus peel and musty muscat. Smooth finish with the oak lending a certain creaminess.
