Bottle shared with the KL tasting crew. Poured a murky straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light dry fruits, dry yeast. The flavour is acidic citrus, light crisp, dry light spice, light tart fruit. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from the brewery. Tangy, bretty, lactic nose, honey, apple/pear, grapefruit. Very soft, silky body with low carbonation. Lightly tart, with funky brett, yogurt, lemon, white wine. Very mild and balanced. Nice fruit flavors coming through but I felt that more carbonation would have been better, and just a bit more sourness would kick it in.

Pours a deep golden color. Semi-frothy head. Slightly tart, dry nose with oak, funky, Brettiness with cobwebs underneath. The mouth isn't as tart as the nose, slightly warming, oak, an underlying sweetness, a bit fuller bodied for a Saison. The mouth isn't as interesting as the nose, but still pleasant. Slightly tart, oak and funky finish. Nice, but not mind blowing. If I could give it 3.75 I would. I vacillated a bit between 3.7 or 3.8 Re-rate a few months later this has really matured into something really funky. Tons of cobwebs, manure, leather, earth. Wow. Fantastic nose now. It’s really developed. The mouth is tarter, drier and really developing into something special. The oak and a touch of sourness, hits the back of the throat and stays there. Becomig very interesting. Getting a touch of ginger in the finish. Wow.

Tap @ Pigalle, Tokyo. Pours light cloudy golden, nice foam on top Nose is just amazing, sweet and fruity, herbal notes, and dry at the same time. Flavour displays also multiple characteristics, its light, you might say even watery - but has some light fruity sweetness, herbal bitterness and some yeast spices. Yeast is actually not that strong as I usually get in saisons, this one here is super drinkable and goes down fast. Still lots of character, awesome.

[ As Yorocco Biwavana ].Unclear light to medium yellow - amber orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, earthy, apples, tart, wood, light smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, smoked, apples, earthy.
