Draught. Impressive thick, long lasting head with good pacing. Poor aroma: mostly caramel, lacks stronger holly and rosary aroma. Light sweetness. Soft carbonation, light body. Easy to drink, but a bit boring. Ok if you drink it together with food.

Tap at the brewery restaurant. Hazy straw yellow colour. Huge stable white head. Aroma has some yeastiness, though little in ways of classic weizen. Light vanilla. Taste is similarly yeasty. Other than that we have malt mostly, lightly spicy. Comes through as wit to me. Easily drinkable, refreshing.

Tap at the restaurant brewery. Dark ruby to dark brown colour. Medium beige head, stable. Aroma of caramel, coffee, roasted malts. Burnt flavours of roasted malts. Light caramel, lightly fruity, light light coffee. Overall rather bitter. Full bodied, chewy mouthfeel. Roasted aftertaste with just a hint of caramel. Nice tmavy.
