Bottle, thx to thewolf. It pours a slightly hazy orange-golden body with a nice white head. Sour, dusty and milky nose. Quite fruity, sour and citric in the mouth, dry and thin-bodied. Lemony finish. Sure gone bad, hopefully I’ll get a chance to a rerate some day. (080823)

50cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a creamy egg white head. Very sour infected nose & taste. A bit like a citrus lambic! Have to re-rate it in time!

Draught at the brewpub: In comparison to its name quite amber coloured with a slowly collapsing off-white head; traces of vinegar in the sweet-malty and toasted-malty nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite gassy, quite light bodied for a beer of 16°; traces of dried fruits (raisins) in the average sweet-malty and slightly bitter finish. Quite a boring brew.....

Tap@ Minipivovar Pegas, Bruenn: Deep ruby and amber coloured with a medium sized creamy head, the fruity, slightly sourish nose pushes down the dark malty aromas, moderate sweet bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, moderate sweet and bitter flavour, finishes fruity and caramelly. Not really convincing, possibly infected.......

Slightly hazy amber color, good off-white head. Slightly caramelly, mostly malty aroma. Caramelly, sweetish with medium carbonation. Some distant notes of grassy hops and alcohol. Nice caramelly, alcoholic aftertaste. Neutral but drinkable.

Slightly hazy yellow color, good cloudy white head. Lemony, yeasty, vomit-like aroma. Refreshing, a bit yeasty sweet bread -flavored wheaty beer. Good body. Ok summer drink.
