Gravity cask at Pig’s Ear 2024 - Hackney. Pours black-brown with a bubbly, tan head. Light to medium sweet flavour with notes of dried berries, blackberry sure, mellow dry roast, burnt toast, dry earthy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Dry finish, ashy and fruity, more berries. In the novelty category but it’s not bad.

Cask at Pig's Ear. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Wakatu hops bring light but decent lime. Light crisp pine. Mild bitterness. A little tangerine and mandarin on the semi dry finish. Decent single hop affair.
